About The Event
What is your mask protecting?
We show up to life every day, but do we show up as our authentic selves or our masked selves? The mask—the superficial face we put on to make ourselves more acceptable to others—can be like a straitjacket keeping us from our most vibrant selves. What was once created to protect us now limits, suffocates us, restricts us. By courageously accepting and becoming our real self, we discover the peace of being at home in ourselves.
Please join us for this body-centered experiential evening and explore the mask(s) you wear, the purpose it has served, and how you can free yourself from its tyranny to reclaim your full self, living in vibrancy, security and peace..
