Our ability to create and maintain healthy relationships however are all too often governed by unconscious patterns and beliefs that get hardwired into our body and energy system during early life, and often defy even our best intentions. Understanding our relational dynamics is an inside job that requires self-reflection, honesty, and definitely support!
